Robrecht has been working in recruitment for over 27 years. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in connecting highly skilled professionals with technical and leadership profiles to roles in the manufacturing and process industries in North Holland.

Jurre studied business economics and worked as a consultant for several years before joining BuildingCareers in 2013. Since 2019, he has been a partner, contributing his entrepreneurial and financial expertise to the company.

Daan began his career at Multec, the predecessor of Brunel, where he held an executive role. Working with and for engineers has been the consistent thread in his career. In 2000, Daan co-founded BuildingCareers with Harm Raijmans.

With a background in offshore and maritime industries, Zsuzsa works as a recruitment consultant. She ensures coordination, planning, and staffing for revamps, overhauls, and shutdowns in the often 24/7 industrial environment.

Originally from France, Loïs speaks fluent English and French. His experience in client relations enables him to create excellent matches, connecting highly skilled technical professionals with our industrial clients.

Ruxandra, originally from Romania, has extensive experience in recruiting for tech sales, operations, and the nuclear sector across Europe. She excels at finding talent and connecting clients with candidates in the industrial and energy sectors, always achieving the right match.

Since 2011, Jorge has been supporting our financial administration. He processes payroll and invoices and manages accounts receivable and payable. He is also the primary contact for professionals on location with any questions.

Liesbeth has been the office manager at BuildingCareers since 2007. She is our rock, managing the secretariat and supporting the marketing and communications manager with recruitment campaigns and events.

Originally from Austria, Timea moved to the Netherlands in 2018. With experience in the hospitality sector, she ensures smooth office operations and provides customer-focused and organized support to the recruitment team at BuildingCareers.
