Functie
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of the structural scope within a high-end yacht project.
- Manage planning, technical quality, and the budget for your engineering team.
- Coordinate closely with mechanical, interior, and electrical disciplines.
- Review and approve engineering designs, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure regulatory compliance (Class, Flag, etc.).
- Mentor engineers and drive innovation and knowledge development within the team.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including the owner’s team, suppliers, subcontractors, and production.

- Proven experience in structural or construction engineering, preferably in shipbuilding, offshore, or similar technical industries.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and maritime regulations.
- Leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams.
- Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate clearly.
- A passion for precision, quality, and pushing engineering boundaries.
