Function
Responsibilities, what you will do:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Technology, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience in shipbuilding or yacht construction.
- Proven leadership experience in engineering projects.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of applicable standards, procedures, and regulations in the field.

You will be part of a leading shipbuilding company working on prestigious yacht construction projects. The engineering department comprises experienced engineers from various disciplines. Projects are technically complex and require a high level of quality and interdisciplinary coordination.

- Proven experience in structural or construction engineering, preferably in shipbuilding, offshore, or similar technical industries.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and maritime regulations.
- Leadership capabilities and experience managing engineering teams.
- Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate clearly.
